PERMANENT COVERALLS

Permanent coveralls designed and manufactured from lightweight, non-linting, monofilament polyester materials providing a combination of comfort with protection. Ideal coverall for Health industries daily use, or cleaning coveralls

The 99% polyester filament yarn and 1% polyester carbon compound filament yarn gives excellent high performance ESD properties for use in anti static controlled conditions. Suitable for GMP grade A, B, C and D environments for use in both sterile and non-sterile environments.  A bespoke customer-specific product and it can also be sterilised by gamma irradiation.

Designed for use in controlled environments where hygiene and contamination control are crucial, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Grade A, B, C, and D settings, as well as anti-static control areas.

The standard coverall features a mandarin collar with an adjustable neck closure to ensure a secure fit, raglan sleeves for ease of movement, and stud-adjustable cuffs and ankles to provide flexibility and a tailored fit. The seams are non-linting, ensuring that no particles are shed, making the coveralls suitable coverall for health and sensitive environments. A zip front closure allows for easy wearing and removal of the garment.

Optional extras include knitted or Lycra cuffs, although Lycra cuffs are not suitable for irradiated garments. Elasticated ankles and cuffs can also be added for additional flexibility and comfort. These customizable features ensure the coveralls meet specific requirements for different cleanroom or controlled environments.
