ESD HEAT RESISTANT GLOVES
ESD Heat Resistant Gloves provide protection against high temperatures in ESD safe areas and Cleanroom environments. They are available in two temperature ranges (150°C and 300°C) which allow workers to operate safely while protecting themselves when coming into contact with dangerously hot surfaces.
Engineered for superior protection and comfort in high-temperature environments. With a surface resistance of 10⁹ Ohms/square and heat resistance up to 300°C (602-0150) or 150°C (602-0149), these gloves are designed to handle extreme conditions while maintaining user safety.
Each glove measures 28cm in length and features a dual-sided design for extended wear. The outer layer consists of Twaron filament fiber fabric laminated with silicone rubber on the palm side, providing excellent heat and abrasion resistance. The back of the gloves is made from Nylon LUANA, incorporating TORAY antistatic fiber with a polyurethane (PU) film lamination and a 5mm conductive fiber stripe for effective static dissipation.
The gloves are constructed with an air layer and heat-insulating felt, combined with a soft nylon tricot inner for added comfort. These advanced materials ensure both safety and dexterity, making them ideal for use in industrial and cleanroom applications where high heat and static control are critical.
