E-Liquid Modular Cleanroom Build

A leading independent e-cigarette retailer, approached us in search of a solution to aid the company to adhere to Tobacco Product Directive (TPD) classifications and enhance the efficiency of their e-liquid manufacture by ensuring products are produced in an ISO Class 7 clean environment.

Our Solution

The suggested cleanroom ideally fitted the customers brief, fully complying with TPD regulations, providing a clean environment for staff to safely perform tasks.

The modular cleanroom was selected and dispatched with detailed instructions to aid quick and easy construction.

The build included a 4x3m production area and an additional 1x3m changing atrium, with soft-close sliding doors and LED Lighting throughout.

The high-quality system is made of a smooth profile aluminium framework with solid aluminium composite and clear polycarbonate infill panels. The build also includes a specialist Clean Air Module, guaranteeing the TPD required, ISO Class 7 clean environment within the production area.
