Integrity Cleanroom’s Laminar flow booth. Designed and manufactured in the UK. Our range of Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets offer total practicality and suitability for a huge variety of applications. The vertical laminar flow Booth is 1800mm wide. Offering clean conditions to ISO Class 4 (Class 10). Full compliance to BS EN 14644. The laminar flow chamber provides sample protection with a parallel flow of clean ULPA filtered air through filters situated at the top of the cabinet.

FEATURES

Fitted with the very latest touch screen interface. The full colour screen measures 4.3” (11cm) across and has over 130,000 pixels. The Laminar flow cabinet uses an EV4 pre filter and U15 ULPA filter rated at 99.9998% efficient. At 0.12 microns ensuring Class 10 clean air conditions. Filter seals are under negative pressure to prevent leaks into the cabinet. Constructed from epoxy coated Zintec mild steel to prevent corrosion with 6mm acrylic side walls. Toughened glass protective front screen. All units are fitted with a side mounted double electrical socket as standard. An optional UV light can be fitted along with a lightweight night door to prevent escape of any stray UV lighting. A stainless steel work surface is an additional option, with an open frame base stand to sit the cabinet on and a side mounted double electrical socket.

POWER CONSUMPTION

The laminar flow chamber also has fantastic ‘green’ credentials using just 90 watts of power during normal operation. Uses a fraction of the power consumption of rival models. In addition, the unit has some of the most attractive sound levels available – measuring at circa 54db(A).

EFFICIENCY

Features a highly efficient pre-filter with 98% efficiency at capturing 0.5-micron particles. Meets ISO 4 standards. Ensuring a high level of cleanliness for sensitive processes. Downflow velocity of over 0.4 meters per second and an airflow capacity of 1600 cubic meters per hour. Maintains a consistent, contamination-free environment.
