PERMANENT LAB COAT

Permanent Lab Coats are suitable for ISO 14644-1 Class 5, GMP Grade C and D Environments and anti-static control conditions. All garments are constructed from Static Dissipative Non-Linting ESD Grid Fabric – 98grm/m2 – 99% Polyester 1% Antistatic Fabric.

The permanent lab coat is designed with durability and contamination control in mind. Features a stud or zip front with a concealed stud closure for a clean, secure fit. A mandarin collar that enhances coverage and protection. The stud cuffs provide a snug fit at the wrists. While the absence of pockets reduces contamination risk in sensitive environments. All main panels have sealed or encapsulated edges, ensuring minimal particle shedding. The seams are twin-needled with monofilament thread for strength, sewn at a high density of 8-12 stitches per inch.

This lab coat is reinforced at stress points with bar-tacks to ensure long-lasting wear. The metal studs feature stainless steel facings, and all polyester tapes have been pre-autoclaved. Making it suitable for use in controlled environments. The raglan sleeves offer enhanced comfort and range of motion. Supporting ease of movement while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and durability.

Bespoke options are available. Minimum order quantity of 5 per size.

Optional extras available to customize for your specific needs. Choose a knitted or Lycra cuff for additional comfort and fit around the wrists. Pockets can be added if needed . Include a company logo for branding purposes. These customizable options allow for a versatile lab coat design while maintaining its durable and contamination-resistant features.

Available in White, Sky Blue or Navy Blue. Available sizes: Small to XX-Large.

Permanent Head and shoulders, and trousers not included.
