CLEANROOM TACKY ROLLER

Tacky film rollers are designed for cleaning cleanroom walls and floors. Each roller sheet consists of .0015″ thick low density 100% Polyethylene coated with a water-based adhesive. Each roll has a 100% Polyethylene covering, .003″ thick. The adhesive level (water-based acrylic) of the sheet is 12 oz per inch with a stainless steel method according to PSTC-1 (pressure-sensitive tape council).

Designed for efficient contamination control, ensuring surfaces remain free from dust and particles. A Cheminstrument testing machine is used to determine various tack levels, ensuring optimal adhesion for different applications. Each sheet is embedded with an anti-microbial agent, providing long-lasting protection against bacterial growth and enhancing cleanliness in controlled environments. A Starrett micrometre is used to precisely measure the thickness of the film, ensuring consistency and reliability in performance. An essential tool for maintaining high cleanliness standards in cleanrooms and other sensitive areas.
